Todd Bartos, J.D.
Todd Bartos is the Owner and Founder of The Bartos Group. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Todd’s legal philosophy is based on the collaborative process of building and guiding companies from the ground up and managing the legal needs of growing and mature companies, including management of outside counsel and controlling outside legal spending. He accomplishes this by preparing them for regulatory and compliance matters, employment law, HR, privacy (including EU and California privacy), data security, data retention and corporate risk matters, and fiduciary advice to executives and board members. He also documents and closes commercial transactions, seed-stage, and Series A & B rounds using convertible debt, equity and SAFE transaction structures.

Jon is an Associate Attorney with The Bartos Group and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
Kristin Matthews, J.D.
Kristin is an Associate Attorney with The Bartos Group and is admitted to the Florida Bar. She graduated cum laude with Syracuse College of Law’s Class of 2022 as an inaugural member of the College of Law’s JDinteractive program and brings with her over a decade of experience in healthcare administration, higher education, and Emergency Medical Services. Kristin lives in Tallahassee, Florida with her husband and their two dogs (a Yorkie and a working German Shepard K9). In her spare time, she enjoys attempting to cook the latest Instagram recipe that’s caught her eye, keeping her plants alive, and catching a stand-up comedy show whenever she travels somewhere new for vacation.
Travis Teague, J.D.
Travis Teague is an Associate Attorney with The Bartos Group. He is licensed in California and Texas. He received a B.S. in Business at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, before graduating from Southern Methodist University Law School in 2006, at which time he moved to California and was admitted to the bar there. Since then, he has acted as both outside and general counsel for various companies. He has overseen a broad array of legal functions for businesses including: handling litigation, acquisitions and divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, intellectual property, and corporate governance matters. After a corporate move from California, Travis now lives in the DFW area in Texas with his wife, son and daughter. In his free time, he enjoys long family road trips, and home improvement projects.
Lissette Logan
Lissette Logan is a virtual assistant with The Bartos Group. She is a wife, mom, and a licensed Pharmacist in Florida. She is passionate about helping others and getting individuals the help they need. She helps run OvaryIt Foundation and lends a helping hand with The Bartos Group. She lives in Tampa, Florida with her husband, 2 kids and their GoldenDoodle. In her free time, she enjoys watching the Florida State Seminoles dominate in football.
Will Cole
Will is the Chief of Staff for The Bartos Group. He was born in Marietta and raised all across South Georgia. He attended the University of Georgia where he double majored in Political Science & Theatre with a Constitutional Studies minor and a Musical Theatre Certificate. Soon after, he quickly found work in television, film, commercials and theatre in Atlanta and New York as a singer and actor. Parallel to his acting career, he started out as a receptionist when he was nineteen at LoRusso law firm in Atlanta, and worked his way up to becoming a paralegal by the age of twenty-one. In doing so, he worked on extremely high-profile civil litigation cases, learning all he could along the way. When he does have a down moment or free time, he plays piano, travels, cooks, or goes to group yoga classes... when not reading whatever book, article, or editorial Brene Brown or Ned Hallowell has come out with most recently.
